Facing Losses While Cementing - and Channeling While Setting
Cementing in tight windows or unstable formations can lead to losses while cementing and prevent the top of cement reaching up to the seabed. When the cement is setting the hydrostatic pressure is reduced which increases the risk for channeling. The result might be reduced strength and integrity of the cement job.

Reduce the Annulus Pressure When Cementing and Apply Pressure While the Cement is Setting
By creating a closed-loop circulation system the annulus pressure can be adjusted when displacing the cement to get Top of Cement to Seabed.
Controlling the Annulus Pressure When Cementing
By reducing the pressure on the conductor housing the pressure during the cement placement is kept below the fracture pressure.
Adding Pressure During Curing Process of the Cement
By using valves on the low-pressure wellhead, the annular pressure can be managed while setting to provide integrity by fully isolating the formation.
