How do you control the level of fluid in the riser?
EC-Drill® controls riser fluid level using software and riser pumps, with automatic or manual modes. Pressure sensors and mud weight data ensure accurate level management, with enhanced precision when using wired drill pipe.
The fluid level is controlled by our software and pumps on the riser. We can set the software to automatic mode to maintain a set fluid level in the riser or manual mode to adjust the fluid level as desired The fluid level in the riser is calculated by sensitive pressure sensors on the modified riser joint and the mud weight.
